Remote Customer Service Representative/Call Center

Job Summary: We are looking for motivated, self-starting individuals to join our remote customer service team as independent contractors. This is a flexible work-from-home opportunity where you’ll provide customer support to well-known national brands. If you have great communication skills, enjoy helping others, and want to work on your own schedule — we want to hear from you! Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls, emails, or chats in a professional manner
• Provide product or service information and resolve issues with empathy
• Follow client guidelines and complete all required training
• Accurately document all customer interactions
• Work independently and meet performance standards
• Maintain a quiet, distraction-free workspace

Requirements:

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with basic technology and navigating multiple systems
• Reliable computer, USB headset, and internet connection
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required
