We are searching for a dynamic and adaptable Strategic Communications Specialist who can help us craft and deliver impactful messages across our internal communications channels. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our communications strategy, ensuring consistent messaging and fostering strong relationships with our diverse internal teams. You will play a vital role in translating complex information into engaging and easily digestible content, driving awareness, understanding, and excitement around Apple's products, services, and values.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Adaptation: Develop, adapt, and execute compelling content for a variety of channels, including internal newsletters, intranet sites, presentations, video scripts, email communications, and social media posts.
• Strategic Messaging: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify key messages and tailor communications to resonate with diverse audiences across different departments and geographies.
• Multi-Channel Communications: Plan and execute multi-channel communication campaigns to support product launches, company initiatives, and internal announcements.
• Copywriting & Editing: Produce high-quality, error-free copy that adheres to Apple's brand voice and style guidelines. This includes proofreading, editing, and ensuring consistency across all communications.
• Audience Engagement: Develop strategies to engage internal audiences and foster a sense of community through compelling storytelling and interactive content.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and executive communications, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Trend Monitoring & Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in internal communications and digital media.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Visual Storytelling: Collaborate with designers and video producers to create visually engaging content that supports communication efforts.
• Performance Measurement: Track and analyze the effectiveness of communication initiatives and make data-driven adjustments as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience as a communications specialist, writer, or editor, with a proven track record of creating and executing successful internal communications campaigns.
• Exceptional Writing & Editing Skills: Mastery of the English language, including grammar, punctuation, spelling, and style. Demonstrated ability to write clearly, concisely, and persuasively for a variety of audiences.
• Digital Communication Expertise: Strong understanding of digital communication channels and best practices, including email marketing, intranet platforms, and social media.
• Adaptability & Flexibility: Ability to quickly learn new subjects and translate complex information into easily understandable content. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
• Collaboration & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with content management systems (CMS) is highly desirable. Familiarity with communication and collaboration tools like Slack and Jira is a plus.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically about communication challenges and develop creative solutions.
• Passion for Apple: A genuine passion for Apple products and services and a strong understanding of the company's brand values.
