Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Luxury Airbnb/Short-Term Rental Cleaning Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Performing thorough cleaning of luxury rental units before and after guest stays, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces.
• Ensuring all surfaces, fixtures, appliances, and furnishings are cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards.
• Changing linens, towels, and other guest amenities according to established guidelines.
• Restocking supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and refreshments as needed.
• Inspecting rental units for any damages or maintenance issues and reporting them promptly to the appropriate department.
• Collaborating with property managers to coordinate cleaning schedules and prioritize tasks based on guest bookings.
• Upholding safety and security standards by following proper cleaning procedures and protocols.
• Providing exceptional customer service to guests by responding promptly to any inquiries or requests.
