Associate General Manager, Live Theatrical Productions - Aladdin & Beauty and the Beast

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Associate General Manager to join our team at Disney Theatrical Group, overseeing the business operations of our iconic Broadway and International productions of Aladdin and Beauty and the Beast. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all contractual, financial, and payroll concerns, ensuring the smooth execution of our productions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Budget creation and management for Broadway and North American Touring productions
  • Special event and project management, including opening night parties and cast album recordings
  • Financial spend tracking, reporting, and forecasting for production periods
  • Negotiating and contracting production team deals and ensemble performer contracts
  • Vendor relationship management and payment processing
  • Overseeing new employee onboarding and payroll processes for creative and production personnel
  • Supervising fee payments and cost recovery processes with licensee partners

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 5+ years of experience in professional theatre management, including company management experience
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently

What We Offer:

Disney Theatrical Group offers a competitive salary range of $107,100 to $138,600 per year, depending on experience and location. You will also be eligible for a bonus and/or long-term incentive units, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, financial, and other benefits.
