As a Bulk Account Merchandiser Specialist, you'll play a critical support role in our POD Model, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include providing vacation coverage, managing sales orders, executing promotions, and fostering strong business relationships with store personnel.

Job Overview: The Bulk Account Merchandiser Specialist will provide critical support to our POD Model, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing vacation coverage to the Bulk Account Merchandiser and Merchandiser
  • Managing sales orders, executing promotions, and fostering strong business relationships with store personnel
  • Acting as a liaison between customers, merchandisers, and drivers for order refusals and inventory overload
  • Executing weekend operational plans with minimal supervision

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Filling, merchandising, and rotating products on display and shelves according to procedures and special programs
  • Managing and selling products to assigned customers on daily, pre-set routes
  • Executing applicable promotions and new products based on target lists and marketing initiatives
  • Organizing and maintaining back rooms, creating and distributing point-of-sale materials, and fostering business relationships with store personnel

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to foster business relationships
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 0-1 year of work experience
  • Valid driver's license

Work Environment: The work environment will vary, including exposure to weather conditions, coolers, and customer storage areas.
