In this role, you will leverage your excellent communication skills, technical aptitude, and problem-solving abilities to navigate various internal systems, manage service requests, and provide timely support to customers and stakeholders. Your expertise in window treatments and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will enable you to make a significant impact and drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage system-based work queues to identify and prioritize activities, ensuring efficient workflow and collaboration with internal teams.
  • Utilize internal selling and project management systems to obtain and verify information, communicate with stakeholders, and resolve customer inquiries.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to questions, and escalating issues as needed, while maintaining a high level of product knowledge and expertise in window treatments.
  • Collaborate with Service Providers, Stores, and peers to ensure seamless project execution, timely communication, and effective issue resolution.
  • Analyze and improve processes, providing feedback to supervisors and leadership teams to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of local competitive offerings, recognizing and communicating the advantages of our products and services to employees and customers.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.
  • Up to 1 year of experience in a call center, office administrative, high-volume retail, service support, or similar work environment.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Dynamics or similar CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a remote environment, meeting internet speed requirements (20mbps download, 5mbps upload) and maintaining a distraction-free workspace.
  • Availability to work during scheduled hours, with accessibility via email, chat, and/or telephone.
