We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Claims Examiner to join our team, specializing in auto and commercial trucking claims. As a Claims Examiner, you will play a vital role in analyzing and processing complex claims, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service and support. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and process complex auto and commercial transportation claims, including bodily injury and property damage
• Conduct thorough investigations, determine liability, and evaluate the scope of damages
• Develop and implement action plans to ensure prompt and appropriate resolution of claims
• Communicate effectively with clients, agents, and brokers to provide updates on claim status and progress
• Identify and pursue subrogation and risk transfer opportunities to minimize losses

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Professional certification in claims management or a related field (e.g., CPCU, AIC, etc.)
• Minimum 5 years of claims management experience, with a focus on auto and commercial trucking claims
• Strong knowledge of personal and commercial line auto policies, coverage, principles, and laws
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
