As a Client Support Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized support to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

About the Role

We're looking for an intelligent, hard-working, and organized individual to join our client support team. As a Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing advanced sign-up support, account management support, product troubleshooting, and compliance-related support to our clients
  • Assisting in the delivery of tier-1/2/3 support services, including general account support, basic product functionality, and feature support
  • Surpassing client expectations through personalized support, empathy, and proactive issue resolution
  • Ensuring seamless escalation management and a positive experience for our clients
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and tracking of client interactions to facilitate future support
  • Collaborating with colleagues, peers, and stakeholders to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction

Requirements

  • 6+ months of customer support experience
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong typing skills and excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable working with adult-oriented content
  • Ability to work in a fully remote capacity (applicants from AZ, CA, CO, IN, NY, OK, TN, and TX only)
