Responsibilities

• Review and moderate online content (ads and user profiles)
• Monitor and enforce platform guidelines
• Protect users from fraud, cyber-bullying, or counterfeiting
• Prevent the trade of illegal products
• Provide input on improvements to publication rules
• Support users and answer their questions via email

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good team collaboration and communication skills
• Reliable and committed work ethic
• Willingness to work in shifts (Monday - Sunday)
• Interest in e-commerce and digital world

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in content moderation or a related field is preferred but not required
