Customer Experience Expert - eCommerce & Amazon

Job Summary:

Starfire Direct, a dynamic eCommerce company, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Experience Expert to join our team. As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues, and driving loyalty. If you have a passion for customer service, eCommerce, and Amazon, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage orders, track shipments, and facilitate returns and exchanges through our Shopify platform.
  • Utilize NetSuite to manage order data, customer information, and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with customers through Microsoft Outlook to coordinate order-related issues and inquiries.
  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews on platforms, including Amazon, to ensure positive customer experiences.
  • Troubleshoot product issues, guiding customers through product usage and providing helpful tips.
  • Work closely with fulfillment and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery and order accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Amazon customer service experience (essential).
  • Proficient with Shopify, Microsoft Outlook, and NetSuite.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Must be flexible with weekend availability.
  • Prior experience in an eCommerce or retail customer service role is preferred.
