Customer Service Support Representative (Remote) - Join Our Team at Labcorp!

Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Support Representative. As a key member of our frontline team, you will be responsible for responding to clinician and patient billing-related inquiries, providing exceptional service, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive patient satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to high-volume billing inquiries from clinicians and patients, providing clear and concise information on Labcorp processes and policies.
  • Maintain excellent response times across various communication platforms, including phone calls, emails, and portal inquiries.
  • Identify areas for improvement and suggest potential solutions to enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, billing, and lab teams, to resolve customer inquiries and drive patient satisfaction.
  • Effectively communicate, resolve, and document billing-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in projects that drive process improvements and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of customer service experience required.
  • Previous healthcare or call center experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) preferred.
  • Ability to work remotely with high-speed internet connectivity (50 mbps).
  • Proficiency in Google Apps, Mac OS X, and CRM applications (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Bilingual a plus.
