• Retaining detailed accounts of tasks, files, and progress
• Performing searches on websites for information
• Auditing reports and sheets of data
• Verifying, correcting, and deleting unnecessary data, or combining data from several sources
• Reviewing finalized work for errors or duplicate entries before submitting the final product
• Obtaining further information for documents that are deemed incomplete

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Proficient computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, databases, and customer database systems
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Slack, and Google Meet
• Expertise in computer research and comprehensive knowledge of data entry
• Ability to multitask effectively and maintain excellent typing accuracy
• Sound written and verbal communication skills
• Experience creating presentations is highly desired
