Join our dynamic team as a Remote IT Business Analyst - IT Facilities and play a pivotal role in ensuring the operational efficiency of our airport communication spaces for Delta's IT Facilities Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing IT administration of expert services, project management, and support to guarantee the functional manageability of our critical infrastructure.

Delta's IT Facilities Group is responsible for:

• IT administration of all site executions, inventories, infrastructure planning, maintenance, and break/fix services for server farm critical systems, IT accreditation labs, and remote communication room critical climate hardware.
• IT support of IT labs to align our client application and design teams with workstations, equipment, and access to test their applications.
• Distant coordination with professional services responsible for critical system support and break-fix activities at remote communication rooms.
• The management, operation, maintenance, and monitoring of all critical facilities infrastructure for server farm and remote communication room equipment.
• Advancement of server farm and remote communication room standards for space, power, cooling, and physical layer IT infrastructure.
• Support IT Facilities grounds fiber ring to maintain the reliability and service continuity of the Atlanta airport and grounds offices underground fiber ring.

As a Remote IT Business Analyst - IT Facilities, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including:

• Project management of server farm and remote communication room guidelines capital enhancements, upgrades, and improvements.
• Capital determining and project management for airport critical hardware life cycle replacement.
• Support Corporate Land projects that involve remote communication room design/operation as an IT Facilities representative and on-site appraisal reporting.
• Space, UPS Power, and critical cooling capacity management.
• Selection of critical facilities services, ensuring precise documentation, obtaining best costs for items and services, and ensuring that vendors meet their contractual obligations.
