Job Description:

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Senior Product Support Specialist to join our remote team at Doordash. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support experiences to our clients, helping them to overcome technical challenges and achieve their business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Doordash clients to resolve technical issues and provide expert guidance on our platform.
  • Deliver a "human-first" experience through voice and written communications across various channels, including chat, email, phone, and Doordash devices.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Doordash products, both technically and from a client use-case perspective.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client value and drive business growth through proactive support and strategic recommendations.
  • Work closely with leadership to improve organizational efficiency, share insights, and drive client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with peer colleagues to increase client engagement and retention, fostering a cohesive team environment.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in providing SaaS customer support to organizations with complex models.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality support and driving client satisfaction.
  • Experience in constructing best practices for help quality and efficiency, potentially from a leadership or mentorship role.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to uncertainty while promoting a positive team culture.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Proficiency in fundamental web technologies (HTML, CSS, JSON, JavaScript) and experience with various helpdesk software (Zendesk, Freshdesk, ServiceNow, etc.).
