We're seeking a highly skilled Eligibility and Enrollment Data Analyst to join our Florida Healthy Kids team at Workwarp. As a remote opportunity, this role is open to Florida and Texas residents only.

About the Role:

As an Eligibility and Enrollment Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for documenting and analyzing current business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and providing data-driven insights to support program activity and management decision-making.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Identify and document operational business requirements and processes, including providing clarification on any requirement discrepancies * Perform internal reporting needs of the department * Extract, tabulate, and analyze data to support program activity and assist in management decision-making * Identify system and process defects and communicate solutions * Develop innovative strategies to create operational and/or system efficiencies * Collaborate with internal and external business partners to deliver solutions

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field * 3-5 years of relevant professional experience * Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree * SQL experience preferred * Advanced Excel experience required * Smartsheet experience preferred * Experience in forecasting required * Healthcare company experience preferred

Home Office Requirements:

* Internet speed of 20mbps or higher required * Connectivity to the internet via Wi-Fi or Category 5 or 6 ethernet patch cable to the home router * Must currently and permanently reside in the Continental US
