We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Associate to join our team as an Entry Level Account Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, fostering partnerships, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

As a Business Account Manager Trainee, you will embark on a comprehensive training program that combines classroom learning, hands-on experience, and mentorship from seasoned industry experts. You will gain a deep understanding of business operations, sales strategies, team leadership, and project management, equipping you with the skills necessary to excel in the world of business management.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging presentations to potential customers, addressing their concerns and overcoming objections to facilitate sales closures.
  • Communicate product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and persuasively to drive customer enrollment.
  • Foster a collaborative environment among the sales support team, ensuring effective communication and coordination with sales representatives.
  • Update and maintain customer information in the company's CRM system.
  • Continuously seek ways to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance sales support operations.
  • Work towards achieving or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the sales manager.
  • Provide additional information, answer questions, and nurture leads to conversion.
  • Seek mentorship and guidance from experienced sales professionals to enhance performance.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • The ability to build rapport with customers, listen actively, and establish trust is crucial in sales.
  • Basic organizational skills are required for this role.
  • Proficiency in using basic computer applications, email, and customer relationship management (CRM) software can be useful.
  • The ability to influence customers' decisions in a positive way while addressing their concerns is a core skill in sales.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to create creative solutions to customer objections and tailor product recommendations to fit their specific needs.
