Key Responsibilities:

• Set appointments with prospective clients to identify their financial resources and needs
• Offer expert life and health insurance policy recommendations to generate sales
• Provide exceptional customer service to our client base

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive salary with opportunities for commission and bonus earnings
• Average first-year earnings: $40,000 - $65,000
• Production-based incentives of up to $12,000 in the first year
• Extra $5,000 bonus in the first four months
• Experienced sales agents can earn upwards of $100,000+ in commissions and bonuses
