Responsibilities: * Analyze large datasets related to organization resources, flight schedules, and crew assignments to identify trends and insights. * Develop and maintain databases and datasets related to organization resources, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and consistency. * Collaborate with Crew Resources agencies to forecast organization requirements based on flight schedules, crew availability, and regulatory requirements. * Assist in the development of organization planning strategies and optimization models. * Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into organization-related metrics and performance. * Identify areas for improvement and optimization, and develop solutions to address these areas. Requirements: * Currently enrolled full-time in a college or university program. * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and VBA. * Experience with SQL or database querying tools, and scripting programming languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell). * Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills. * Ability to work effectively in teams and prioritize tasks. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
