Responsibilities
- Assist clients virtually with enrolling in and understanding their benefits packages
- Deliver exceptional, personalized support to policyholders
- Conduct virtual consultations and presentations

- Maintain accurate client records and manage follow-ups effectively
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Strong organizational skills and a collaborative mindset
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- Willingness to obtain a state insurance license (we provide support and cover licensing fees)
