Flourish Research is a leading research firm that specializes in gathering insights and data to help businesses make informed decisions. We are committed to providing a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and learning. We are seeking an On Site Live Chat Support for our research team. This role will be responsible for providing live chat support to our clients on-site at various research locations. We are looking for a candidate who is customer-oriented, tech-savvy and has excellent communication skills. This is a full-time position and requires flexible availability to work a variety of shifts, which may include evenings and weekends. Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in live chat conversations with clients and provide prompt and efficient support.
  • Answer any questions or concerns related to the research project, procedures and protocols.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate them to the appropriate team when necessary.
  • Update and maintain accurate records of all chat conversations and client interactions.
  • Collaborate with the research team to ensure all client inquiries are handled efficiently and accurately.
  • Communicate updates or changes in research procedures to clients in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for the clients.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to multitask and type quickly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of live chat software.
  • Experience in a research or data-driven environment is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Compensation
