Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of employees to achieve operational excellence and exceptional customer service
• Manage restaurant finances, including labor costs, inventory, and sales growth
• Implement brand standards, ensuring compliance with labor laws, food safety regulations, and quality control measures
• Recruit, train, and retain top talent, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
• Analyze sales trends, implement strategies to drive growth, and optimize restaurant performance
• Ensure seamless execution of daily operations, including cash handling, inventory management, and maintenance

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience in restaurant management
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
• Proficiency in English, with Spanish language skills a plus

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation and a minimum of 50 hours of availability per week
