Job Description:

We're looking for a results-driven Facebook & YouTube Ads Expert to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms, with a focus on maximizing client ROI. The ideal candidate will possess a strong and diverse skillset, including proficiency in ad analytics, familiarity with advanced tracking tools like Hyros, and a strategic mindset for creating compelling ad content that resonates with target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and optimize paid advertising strategies on Facebook, YouTube, and other social media channels to drive client success.
• Manage end-to-end campaign creation, including ad copywriting, targeting, and creative development, to ensure seamless execution and maximum impact.
• Utilize advanced tracking software (Hyros, etc.) to analyze campaign performance and customer attribution accurately, informing data-driven decisions that drive results.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and audiences to enhance engagement, click-through rates (CTR), and conversions, continuously optimizing campaign performance.
• Monitor ad spend, analyze campaign data, and adjust strategies to meet or exceed client KPIs and ROI goals, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
• Prepare detailed performance reports and present findings and insights to clients regularly, providing actionable recommendations for future campaign optimization.
• Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices for Facebook, YouTube, and other paid media, maintaining a competitive edge and driving innovation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing Facebook and YouTube advertising campaigns with a track record of delivering results and driving client success.
• Expertise in paid media strategies, budgeting, and analytics, with a strong understanding of how to leverage data to inform campaign decisions.
• Proficiency in using tracking and attribution tools like Hyros, Google Analytics, and platform-specific analytics dashboards, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
