We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk & Gym Closer. As the first point of contact for our members, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, resolving member issues, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check-in members, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
• Resolve member issues in a timely and effective manner
• Drive membership sales and retention, meeting monthly targets
• Follow up with prospects, converting leads into sales
• Sell in-store merchandise, including Retro Blends Smoothies and Pro Shop items
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for all members and staff
• Perform opening and closing duties, including facility upkeep and walk-throughs

Requirements:

• Positive and upbeat personality, with excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
• Customer service oriented, with a focus on providing exceptional experiences
• Punctual, responsible, and detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic
• CPR/AED training preferred, with prior sales experience in a retail setting a plus
• Successful completion of all Retro University courses, with ongoing training and development
