Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, including shipping, packaging, printing, and private mailbox services, to effectively promote and sell them to customers
• Operate all equipment, software, and devices with expertise, and be willing to teach others
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, using our cash registers and point-of-sale systems
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, alternative solutions, and new product offerings to continuously improve our services and drive sales growth

Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Retail or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication, people, and phone skills
• Strong computer skills, including email and proficiency in various software applications
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, responsible, and punctual, with a flexible schedule to work varying hours, including weekends
• Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is an asset, but not required
