Remote Full-Time Property Estimator & Transcriptionist Opportunity

As a Property Estimator & Transcriptionist, you will be responsible for receiving descriptions of damaged property items in various formats, including handwritten and audio, and efficiently performing Google searches to determine fair replacements based on set guidelines. You will maintain a minimum number of items per hour post-training, with hourly pay dictated by your average items per hour produced in a two-week pay period, starting at a competitive $10/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transcribe descriptions of damaged property items from various formats
• Conduct Google searches to determine fair replacements for damaged items
• Maintain a minimum number of items per hour post-training
• Participate in light client phone interactions

Working Environment:

• Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm Eastern Time
• One night shift of 11:30am-8:00pm Eastern Time assigned post-training

Candidate Requirements:

• Residence in IN, TN, TX, PA, MS, NC, or SC
• Ownership of a desktop computer (not laptop) with Windows 10 or above, dual screens, and reliable internet service
• Webcam/video chat capabilities
• Strong attention to detail, typing accuracy, and efficient keyboard/mouse movement
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Punctual and dependable
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Google Suite experience preferred
• Accurate typing speed of at least 50 WPM
