We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Consultant to join our Small Business Group (SBG) team. As a key player in our organization, you will provide a consultative sales experience to small businesses, helping them start, protect, manage, and grow their operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with small businesses to understand their aspirations, uncover needs, and discover problems to solve with our innovative solutions, including Supplies, Financial Management, Payroll, and Payments
- Build customer confidence by providing expert advice and tailored solutions to meet specific customer needs
- Acquire new users and grow existing customers' usage of our ecosystem of products across multiple channels
- Collaborate with our team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
Requirements:
- Excellent conversational skills with customers
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment
- Strong computer software skills and ability to learn new technologies
What We Offer:
