We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fundraising Operations Coordinator to join our team at CDP, a leading public benefit corporation dedicated to supporting public media organizations nationwide. As a key member of our Operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our fundraising initiatives and providing exceptional support to our partner stations.

Position Overview:

• Assisting partner station development staff with donor inquiries and issue resolution
• Coordinating station pledge drives and tracking campaign success
• Facilitating donor membership benefits, including thank-you gifts and pledge acknowledgments
• Maintaining data quality within our CRM system
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to our partner stations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus)
