Key Responsibilities:

• A seasoned retail leader with 3-5 years of experience in managing high-performing teams and driving business results

• A collaborative leader who fosters a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and excellence, and is committed to developing and coaching team members to achieve their full potential
• A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, able to effectively engage with customers, employees, and stakeholders
