Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in a technical role, with preferred experience in challenge management
• Strong technical skills, including Microsoft development technologies, reporting technologies, and expertise in Microsoft SQL Server and SQL script development
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a strong understanding of usability best practices and user design
• Superior interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and work in a team environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a self-motivated and self-disciplined approach
