We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Product Manager to lead our team in developing innovative solutions that delight our customers and drive business growth. As a key member of our Product Management team, you will be responsible for defining and executing product strategies that align with our company's vision and goals.

Job Summary:

The Principal Product Manager will be responsible for driving the development of customer-first solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will lead a cross-functional team of stakeholders from product, engineering, data science, business, and senior management to build and deliver products that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Your expertise in product management, leadership, and collaboration will be essential in driving change management and process improvements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivery and Execution: Directs and guides teams to ensure alignment with company goals and customer needs
• Strategy and Planning: Partners with cross-functional teams to align results, sets goals, and leads discovery sessions to drive product development
• Team and Stakeholder Management: Collaborates with leadership, teams, and stakeholders to drive value, identify and resolve obstacles, and ensure alignment with product strategy

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Product Management or related field
• Minimum 4-year degree in a field of study related to the job
• Proven track record of success in product management, leadership, and collaboration
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to think strategically, drive vision, and lead cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management or related field
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, JIRA, Miro, and presentation software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to drive results, collaborate, and develop innovation
