Remote Middle School Math Tutor (ADHD Experience Preferred) - Part-Time Opportunity

As a remote, part-time tutor, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students and families in the Mount Juliet, TN area. Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized math tutoring to middle school students, adapting to their unique learning styles and needs
• Develop and implement effective lesson plans, incorporating organizational skills, study skills, time management, and test-taking strategies
• Submit session reports to our office and families within 24 hours of each tutoring session
• Balance tutoring hours, manage student enrollment packages, and communicate with our office and families as needed
• Prepare for each tutoring session, utilizing strong administration, typing, and recording skills

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the education field, with a preference for specialized education fields (e.g., ADHD, special needs)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in tutoring or teaching, with a focus on middle school math
• Credentialed tutors and/or graduate degrees are a plus, but not required
• Experience with basic database/data entry, lesson planning, and strong organizational skills
• Reliable transportation, current car insurance, and access to a computer, internet, and smartphone
