We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sr. Manager, Government Contracting to lead our government contracting portfolios and drive business growth. As a subject matter expert, you will develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and optimize contract performance. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage government contracting portfolios, ensuring compliance with regulations and expectations
• Develop and implement contract management strategies to drive business growth and optimize performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, legal, and finance, to ensure alignment and effective communication
• Provide guidance and support to business units and government sales teams on government contract creation and compliance
• Build and maintain relationships with government customers, industry organizations, and other stakeholders to drive long-term customer loyalty and retention
• Monitor and analyze contract performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
• Lead, develop, and mentor government account and enablement associates to ensure a high-performing team

• Competitive salary range: $122,800 to $271,400 plus bonus eligibility

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required, with 10+ years of total industry experience and direct experience in government contracting strongly preferred
• Existing relationships with government customers and direct leadership experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex information and communicate effectively to stakeholders
