Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their unique business requirements and develop tailored software configuration and implementation plans.
• Software Configuration: Configure our SaaS software to meet client specifications, aligning with their business processes and goals.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, engineering, and customer support teams to deliver seamless implementations that exceed client expectations.
• Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training to clients on software usage and offer ongoing support to address any issues or questions that arise.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical and implementation challenges, partnering with internal teams as necessary.
• Documentation: Create detailed documentation of the implementation process, client requirements, configurations, and customizations.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing to ensure the configured software meets client requirements and functions as expected.
• Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the implementation process and beyond.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; additional certifications in project management or relevant areas are a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in software implementation or related experience, with a proven track record of successfully managing implementation projects.
• Solid understanding of SaaS software and cloud-based solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and find effective solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong customer-centric mindset with a dedication to delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Collaborative and willing to work across teams to achieve common goals.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to changing client needs and project requirements.

Salary Range:

The expected salary range for this role is:

• Tier 1: $110,925 - $137,025
• Tier 2: $99,833 - $123,323
• Tier 3: $88,740 - $109,620
