Job Summary

As a CDL Driver with Swire Coca-Cola, you will be responsible for safely operating a commercial motor vehicle to transport beverages to designated retail locations. You will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of our products, while adapting to various traffic and weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maneuver commercial delivery vehicles to transport beverages to designated retail locations
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to identify and report any maintenance or safety issues
• Utilize electronic devices or paper documentation to confirm deliveries, track inventory, and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with logistics team to ensure accurate inventory counts and resolve any discrepancies
• Interact professionally with store personnel and establish positive relationships with store managers and staff
• Maintain valid CDL-A license and complete all assigned training

Requirements

• High School Diploma (or GED) and/or equivalent degree/certificate required
• CDL-A License required
• Interstate License required
• Ability to drive manual transmission preferred
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; physical capability to lift and move heavy beverage cases repeatedly throughout the day
