Marketing Project Manager - Remote Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

• 40% Project Planning and Management: Create and maintain creative project plans, track task flow, and report status to ensure timely execution.
• 30% Stakeholder Management: Identify and clarify project goals and objectives, work with stakeholders to gather requirements, and drive kickoff and follow-up meetings.
• 20% Research and Information Gathering: Research outstanding questions, gather missing information, and ensure accurate scope, requirements, and deadlines.
• 10% Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned to support the team.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in a marketing or creative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Waterfall and Agile methods.
• Ability to manage ambiguous scenarios and offer solutions.
• Strong collaborative and communication skills.
