Role Overview

As Product Success, Healthcare, you will be the connective tissue between our internal teams and our customers building healthcare AI. You will be responsible for guiding clients through delivery of healthcare datasets. You’ll ensure data pipelines run smoothly, outcomes are clearly communicated, and the product delivers maximum value.

Key Responsibilities and Scope

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building long-term strategic relationships and identifying opportunities for growth.

  • Lead end-to-end program management from data preparation through QA and delivery, ensuring cross-functional coordination and on-time execution.

  • Oversee the QA, packaging, and delivery of complex datasets (EHR, claims, radiology, pathology, unstructured text), ensuring HIPAA compliance in collaboration with privacy partners.

  • Translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements, influencing the product roadmap in partnership with engineering and product teams.

  • Define and track customer success metrics, ensuring smooth data handoffs and successful integration into customer workflows.

  • Maintain clear timelines, status updates, and reporting to drive transparency and accountability across projects.

About You

  • 3+ years experience in healthcare AI, ML products, or enterprise data platforms

  • Strong familiarity with various healthcare data modalities ranging from EHR, claims, radiology, pathology and unstructured text

  • Strong familiarity of privacy-preserving techniques of healthcare data

  • Proven customer-facing experience: skilled at managing expectations, leading customer conversations, and delivering technical outcomes with clarity and confidence

  • Comfortable using SQL and querying data to analyze delivery outputs, validate clinical coverage, and support customer-specific needs.
