SMM Design Team Lead

Lead the SMM design team: generate ideas, provide technical support in daily tasks, share knowledge, give regular feedback, and oversee the workflow

• Create compelling banners for social media and contribute ideas to enhance graphics and branding
• Maintain a consistent visual style across all SMM materials
• Develop new templates and refine existing ones
• Collaborate closely with SMM managers and the creative team

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a graphic designer, including 1+ year in a team lead role, preferably within SMM
• Proficient in Photoshop and Figma; familiarity with Illustrator
• Ability to deliver high-quality designs in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, and color theory
• Creativity and a strong sense of visual trends in social media
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent team collaboration skills and the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback
• Experience in gaming industry Nice to have:
• Experience in 3D design and modeling
• Experience in motion design
• Important:
• Fluency in Russian
