Job Description

Antivirus Support Specialist

  • Deliver superior customer service for antivirus software, handling inquiries about accounts, subscriptions, and technical issues via phone and remote sessions.

Problem Solver

  • Assist customers with product purchases, renewals, refunds, and account-related issues—ensuring smooth, high-quality service.

Technical Expertise

  • Guide users through the installation, reinstallation, and troubleshooting of antivirus software to ensure optimal functionality and security.
Qualifications

Who We’re Looking For

  • Fluency in Dutch (B2H/C1 level)
  • Good English skills (B2 level)
  • Customer service experience is a strong advantage
  • Basic PC technical knowledge and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication & relationship-building abilities
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for helping others
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, clear manner
