As a Center-Based Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in helping children with Autism Spectrum Disorder develop critical skills and reach their full potential.

In this rewarding position, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy in a 1:1 setting. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct client care in 1:1 and group settings using intensive teaching and natural environment training
• Following prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols
• Collecting, recording, and summarizing data on observable client behavior
• Assisting with parent and caregiver training
• Maintaining accurate documentation and communicating effectively with parents and caregivers

Requirements

• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willingness to complete a 40-hour training course and sit for the RBT competency exam
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable)
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and physically perform the job requirements
• Strong attention to detail, patience, and emotional control
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong cultural competency and ability to work with diverse populations
