Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Instructor to join our team at Essentia Health in Moose Lake, MN. As a Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for instructing fitness and aquatics classes for members at our Clinic Fitness & Therapy Center, developing and leading training sessions such as yoga, Pilates, Zumba, and belly dance. Key Responsibilities:

• Instruct fitness and aquatics classes for members, including yoga, Pilates, Zumba, and belly dance
• Develop and lead training sessions for various aerobic and fitness classes, including beginning, intermediate, and advanced levels
• Provide excellent customer service and support to members, ensuring a positive and safe exercise experience
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously improving instruction and programming

Requirements:

• Current certification in CPR or ability to attain within 6 months
• Current knowledge and experience in teaching various aerobic and fitness classes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with members and staff
