Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Stretching Assistant / Flexologist to join our team at StretchLab in East Setauket, NY. As a leader in the fitness industry, we offer a unique and innovative approach to assisted stretching, and we're looking for a talented individual to help us empower our clients to "Live Long".
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and lead guided group stretching classes for clients
- Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions
- Build and retain StretchLab membership, and ensure client safety and satisfaction
- Attend staff meetings, educational presentations, and maintain a strong social media presence
- Collaborate with sales associates and the General Manager to drive sales and growth
What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly rate: $21-$26 per hour
- Commissions for membership acquisition and sales
- Flexible scheduling: 4-hour and 8-hour shifts, full-time and part-time opportunities

Requirements:
- Certification or state licensure in a related field (massage therapy, personal training, physical therapy, Pilates, yoga, or dance instruction)
- Experience working in a fitness or health environment with hands-on client training
- Passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility, and a love for boutique fitness environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on empathy and client satisfaction
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a professional work ethic and reliable attendance
