Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries.
• Analyze customer interactions, identify patterns, and document issues to improve the overall customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues, participate in incident management processes, and contribute to the development of knowledge base articles.

Requirements:

• Experience in IT, technical support, or data entry, preferably in a production environment.
• Familiarity with software applications such as Adobe, Nuke, Shotgun, Flax, Maya, Toon Boom Harmony, or equivalent VFX and animation tools.
• Knowledge of cloud and SaaS applications, including G-Suite and AWS.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical issues and provide creative solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with a strong focus on self-motivation and continuous learning.
