Remote Call Center Agent Opportunity - Stillwater, MN - $20+/hr Average Earnings

We're seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team in Stillwater, MN, for an initial 4-week on-site training period, followed by the flexibility to work from home. As a Call Center Agent, you'll play a vital role in delivering world-class experiences to our customers, driving sales growth, and contributing to our company's mission to make a positive impact on people's lives.

Our ideal candidate is a customer-focused, results-driven individual with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced call center environment. As a Call Center Agent, you'll be responsible for:

• Converting inbound and outbound calls into appointments, utilizing communication scripts to handle customer inquiries
• Documenting call information according to standard operating procedures
• Participating in team meetings, 1:1 meetings, and ongoing training to continuously improve performance

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment, with proficiency in using software applications to assist customers
• Excellent data entry and typing skills (35 wpm minimum)
• Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work an assigned 8-hour schedule, including evenings and weekends
