We're seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to support our VP, Social Media & Influencer Partnerships at Hulu's Santa Monica office. As a key member of our marketing team, you will provide exceptional administrative support, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and driving success in a fast-paced environment. Job Summary:

As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our VP, Social Media & Influencer Partnerships, and the social media department. Your expertise will ensure efficient calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reports, and meeting coordination. You will also have the opportunity to work on various projects, including social handle management, contract processing, and liaison with social platform partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex scheduling and calendar responsibilities with exceptional attention to detail
  • Provide administrative support to the social media department, including opening social handles, processing contracts, and billing
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
  • Prepare and manage expense reports
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and facilitate content development
  • Attend meetings, take notes, and track action items

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 1+ years of administrative experience in the entertainment industry
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • A "can-do" attitude and ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • 2+ years of administrative experience in the entertainment industry
  • Historical knowledge of and passion for media, film, and television
  • Experience working with entertainment industry professionals
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $53,300 to $71,300 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek. You will also be eligible for a bonus and/or long-term incentive units, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, financial, and other benefits.
