Creative Director, 3D Retail Design (Remote)

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced creative leader to inspire and lead our design team in developing cutting-edge retail concepts and experiences.

As a Creative Director, you will provide design leadership for all 3D Retail Design within our in-house design team, working closely with counterpart creatives to set the tone for Verizon Retail. You will be responsible for developing retail design strategies, deploying store designs, and creating interior retail fixtures that exceed design objectives. Your expertise in translating business requirements into clear design direction will be essential in driving our retail experience forward.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and iterating new retail concepts and formats to drive business growth and customer engagement
• Strategically deploying store designs into all Verizon physical spaces
• Collaborating with other Creative Directors to build creative solutions that address specific project objectives
• Ensuring brand guidelines and directives are implemented and adhered to in all executions
• Contributing conceptual ideas in brainstorms and offline creative development

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 6+ years of relevant experience in retail design, preferably in a corporate environment
• A portfolio of relevant work that demonstrates your creative and technical skills
• Expertise in Architectural CAD 2D & 3D programs, including Sketch-Up
• Strong understanding of design applications in traditional and emerging channels
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate visual concepts and contribute to the ideation process

At Verizon, we offer a competitive salary range of $149,000 - $277,000 annually, depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience.
