Job Summary:

As a Client Success Manager, you will adopt a strategist mindset to collaborate with our restaurant clients, helping them grow and optimize their businesses using Tarro technology. Your primary objectives will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with portfolio clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Driving product adoption, client satisfaction, and overall client health through a client-oriented approach
  • Strategizing with clients to connect their business goals and challenges with Tarro products and services
  • Serving as the voice of the client, providing recommendations to internal teams for product and service improvements

Requirements:

  • Native fluency in Mandarin Chinese and professional fluency in English
  • Strong project management skills to manage a dynamic client portfolio
  • Creative problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer success or similar client-facing roles with a high-growth B2B business
  • Technical proficiency with computers and information systems

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in a consumer-driven industry with a passion for customer success
  • Familiarity with CRM and CSM tools
  • A roll-up-your-sleeves mentality with experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
