You'll also contribute to the development of processes and procedures that will shape the future of veterinary support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance and support to pet parents via multiple channels (phone, email, live chat, video)
• Help develop and refine processes and procedures for the emerging pet telehealth industry
• Collaborate with a team of veterinary telehealth experts to deliver exceptional customer service
• Utilize our proprietary software to maintain accurate records and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in pet care

Requirements:

• Credentialed veterinary technician with at least 2 years of experience in a small animal practice (cats and dogs)
• Access to a computer with high-speed internet and a quiet home office space (or ability to utilize a green screen for video telehealth visits)
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
• Flexible schedule with availability to work 3-4 shifts per week (daytime, evening, and/or overnight)
