Business Analyst (6-Month FTC) - Remote Opportunity

As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in designing and delivering a program of work focused on efficiency, analyzing and improving our business processes, and contributing to strategic projects that drive our company forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to document existing processes and establish performance baselines
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate workshops to gather requirements
• Identify and analyze business problems, recommend solutions, and develop and deliver projects
• Lead process improvement initiatives from conception through implementation
• Work closely with our business and engineering teams to ensure operational requirements are incorporated into solutions
• Implement solutions using low-code platforms and automation tools when needed
• Oversee the program of work, with support from the Operations team

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent documentation and process mapping abilities
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Proven track record of implementing process improvements
• Experience with project management methodologies
• Experience implementing automated and AI-enabled solutions
• Lean Six Sigma qualification or experience preferred
• Qualifications in project management, data analysis, and/or business analysis required
• Experience with low-code platforms (e.g., Power Platform, Zapier, UiPath)
• Experience as a business analyst in the insurance industry
