Virtual Payroll Clerk (Remote Opportunity)

Job Summary:

The Virtual Payroll Clerk will be responsible for inputting daily labor data into our Corporate Time & Attendance Management System (CTAMS), performing clerical duties, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have experience with data entry, a working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Input daily labor data into CTAMS, including hours worked, leave, maintenance, and project accounting
• Maintain electronic files of labor distribution forms using Adobe Acrobat
• Perform filing, typing, and other clerical duties as assigned
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date office files
• Review and input reports into various database systems
• Run reports from various databases as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED or TASC) approved by a State's Department of Education or recognized accredited organization
• Experience with data entry
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Access
• Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat
• Experience using Payroll Distribution Systems (i.e. Kronos)
