We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeping & Accounting Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations, you will be responsible for managing our financial records and transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare and process payroll
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Prepare financial reports and assist with financial analysis
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies
• Assist with budget preparation and monitoring
• Handle other financial and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks)
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Associate degree or higher in accounting or related field is preferred
• Professional certification (e.g. Certified Bookkeeper) is a plus
